Cheshire Academy post-graduate wing Jairus Stevens committed to, and signed with, IPFW late last week. Stevens led Cheshire in scoring this year at 19.8 points per game while also averaging 6.3 rebounds and shooting over 50% from the field and 35% from behind the three-point arc. Brewster Academy senior guard Thomas Allen committed to Nebraska on Friday afternoon. Allen is originally from North Carolina and he signed with N.C. State during November's early signing period but requested a release following Mark Gottfreid's firing as the program's head earlier this spring.
